I am trying to implement a cell voltage balancer for the MAXWELL BCAP0310. I first thought of the TL42 used by couple of Chinese commercial products then came across the SAB MOSFET ( ALD810026SCLI ) from Advance Linear Devices. Just not sure if the below circuit would be correct are pullup resistors required for pins 6 & 7 and i've pulled pin 8 ground as there is no 4th Cell (CAP).

 

Damn interesting, but never had a deal about. However the Lora tranceiver never works well without of supercap, thus we use `em. There Vcc=3V3 thus the balancing is unneeded, sorry.
