Can someone please explain to me how the airflow sensor in a vape works and maybe a diagram with it. I want to build an electrical coal for hubbly/hookah pypes using an airflow sensor like a vape, and a heating coil.

 

The heating coil I am not sure about but vape airflow sensors are readily available and inexpensive. I just did a Google of "Vape airflow sensors" and got plenty of hits. "Hits" being a pun. The airflow sensors look to be a Yes/No

The airflow sensors I have seen are actually switches operated by the pressure differential. About as cheap as possible.
Available free in the discarded vape devices dumped on the sidewalk.
You will need a sharp knife to dissect the package.
