Hello,
I have an Agilent DSO3102A. When you press the power button, the backlight for the screen lights, the fan spins, the buttons light up, but that is it.
I am leaning toward NAND corruption, but wanted to verify the voltages coming from the Power Supply to the main PCB connector.
I tested the voltages with the main PCB still connected, and these are the voltages I saw when I probed the pins (order is from front of scope to back of scope).
Pin 1: +5v
Pin 2: +5v
Pin 3: GND
Pin 4: +17.69v
Pin 5: GND
Pin 6: +7.95v
Pin 7: -7.97v
Pin 8: GND
Pin 9: -16.85v
Pin 10: GND
Pin 11: +30.78v
Pin 12: +155mv
If you have any thoughts or suggestions, or better yet if you have one that you know what the voltages should be, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you in advance!!
