I have ZX7 315 145V -450V Dual voltage and would like to adjust U2 voltage
Nb 2 Pot W 502 is Amper calibration
Nb 1 Pot should be voltage but has no effect on working voltage.
Nb 3 Pot on small board is maybe for adjusting minimum amperage, bud did not try Yet.
I hope you can help me somehow.
Enclosed pictures of the board
Kindest Regards
Charly

This forum is not suppose to help you with dangerous, life-threatening equipment. If anyone does help you, remember we carry no responsibility, neither do the forum owners, administrators, members or other participants.

I suggest asking on the manufacturer support forum or somewhere else for welding machines. There should also be a manual and the best option is to request support from the manufacturer.

Any pot that will do what you want should be on the control panel of the welder. The pots on the board itself are "trimmer" pots to fine tune the circuit at the factory. Messing with them will probably get you a nonfunctioning welder. There is a reason they aren't out on the control panel and don't have a knob on them.

Thanks for reading it.
Forget about U2.
Have adjusted everything and is working fine,I2max=260 A
measured with clamp meter.
