So here is a circuit that I found and it seems to be what I need.
Just wanted to throw this out and get some opinions on the circuit.

 

Are you sure you know what you are doing?
You are planning to fiddle with mains voltage, screw it up, and you night end up smoked to the bone

What are your intentions on this PSU?

 

What is the PSU supplying?

 

With no isolation from the line, the circuit is inherently dangerous to use. Using a transformer is simply necessary to prevent a lethal shock hazard. The fuse provides no safety whatever to a user.
