Sir,
I Want To Know That If We Are Controlling The Speed Of Ac Frequency Drive By The Plc At That Time When Drive Start Temprature Is Varring Due To Frequency Drive What Should I Do Pls Suggest Me

Dear jogpal,

Your problem of rising temperature of drive is may be because of following one reason

1) due to applying excess firing voltages
2) due to lack of switching off_times
3) due to non protection of di/dt

you just go through the device data sheet for safe operating parameters & then follow that conditions, if then also not getting proper results, feel free to contact me.
