Get them to allocate a VLAN for your gear and treat that VLAN differently. They can secure that VLAN without doing aggressive vuln testing on it.
Thats the problem, one we ran out of static IPs, what's really needed is for the scans to recognize the white listed devices. Their in the process of VLAN's for them but, we're talking 450 classrooms.

Will have to use the 'inside' telephone pair wire instead, peeling its insulation. Have plenty of that...
Hi Externet, RE. enameled wire, if you crank up the temperature of your soldering iron, and use accursed lead free solder, the enameling burns off quite easily and it "tins" well.

Isn't that #24 and not tinned?

Circuit Specialists had some clearance stuff before Christmas. I picked up 2 1000' spools of solid #22 tinned with brown insulation for $17.50 each; with free shipping. Regular price was around $60.
