I need to Know how copper and stainless steel poduce power with a 110 battery charger in water and how to set it up to get the most out of it Help thanks

Hi,

The copper and stainless steel are very unlikely to produce power of themselves.

Imagining you mean that they are electrodes in a water tank with power from a battery charger, then the process is electrolysis. Oxygen will bubble off one plate and hydrogen off the other. A quantity of something like vinegar in the water will increase the current and may help the reaction.
