does anyone know why I02 and I03 doesnt affect the branch of U03? why do the currents of of I02 and I03 not flow in U03?
and why can we remove U03 without affecting the circuit?

I think because its an ideal voltage source is that right? but why can we remove it?

Are I02 and I03 both ideal current sources? If they are, then it's irrelevant what the voltage is between them, right? That means U03 can be there or not be there and it will have no impact. Just speculation.

 

If I02 and I03 are equal then no current will flow in U03.
If I02 and I03 are different then the difference current will flow in U03 and removing it will affect the circuit.
