I'm trying to make a simple reciever that will give me an On/Off output of any sort when it is the presence of an Invisible Fence transmiter loop.

I understand they run at 75.Khz or 10.8Khz

 

Do you want it to be wireless or wired?

A wireless unit that is battery powered.
It's proximity to the transmitter inductive coil (antenna) would be typically less than 1 foot.

The need is essentially a proximity sensor
