5MHz and voltage

Hi all,

this is my first post. I need to amplify the voltage level of a 5 MHz sinewave from 2.50V to 9V without translating into a squarewave.
I was thinking at the NE5534, but i've never used one of them so far.
Is anybody out there than can help me in this circuit?

Thanks

Regards

The NE5534 is not a good choice for this application. 5 MHz is just beyond the gain product-bandwidth for a gain of 3.6 that you are looking for. Talk more about the circuit. What is the load impedance. What are the power supply voltages available. Tell us what is going on.

Oh, yea, Welcome to AAC.

Hi , thanks for your aswer. Basecally it is a 5MHz (also 10MHz) TCXO exit with 50 ohm impedence, outputting at a voltage of 2.60-2.50 V as sinewave. I would like to have the same input precision of the 5MHz but exiting at 9v . Is it possible? How?

thank you in advance for suggestions.

regards
