OK, I can get as many of them as we need or now has it got to complicated ?Going to need more 555s.
Sorry Ive got a million things in my head + Im old so most of them get forgotten,You didn't say anything about a delay exit timer.
One more timer with the trigger hooked to a NO push button and an NPN transistor on the output with the collector hooked to the net marked "RESET".
I already asked the question about what "pulse" meant early in this thread and didn't get an answer.

After the 30 seconds has elapsed it'll reset itself ready for the next trigger? After the entry delay has expired the relay will start pulsing for the remaining 30 seconds of the 40 second timer.
It will reset but will not trigger again unless the door has been closedAfter the 30 seconds has elapsed it'll reset itself ready for the next trigger?
can this be run from 12v instead of 5v? if not no probs as I can add a regulator
Is there anyway of adding trigger delay buzzer, something thats sounding before main alarm fires up
Thanks
Yes please could you add thatCould add a mosfet to drive a second relay using a resistor and capacitor to hold the voltage steady.
How much current does the horn, siren and strobe require?Yes please could you add that
Perfect,Thank you, I'll start the build soon and see how it goesHere's the latest modification with 2 relays. I'm using mosfets to drive standard 12 volt automotive relays.

Sorry for all the questions and being dumb, Im not getting:When first armed IC1 starts a 10 second delay inhibiting IC2 which is a 40 second timer allowing time to exit.
After the 10 second delay has expired and the trip switch Sw1 is closed it starts the 40 second timer.
IC4 is the pulser circuit for the relay but it is deactivated by R7.
When the 40 second timer starts it also starts IC3 which is another 10 second timer providing an entry delay.
After the entry delay has expired the relay will start pulsing for the remaining 30 seconds of the 40 second timer.
so 50 second delay after sw1 is closed before alarm sounds ?Correct it starts the 40 second timer but IC3 provides another 10 second entry delay before activating the horn and siren
That board should be large enough. There are programs out there and YouTube tutorials. Search "stripboard layout software". Never used any so can't recommend anything.Ive ordered a 110x93mm strip board, will this all fit on and is there any programs I can use that will help me with component layout on a strip boad, would like to build a PCB like back in the old days but dont have the hardware
Thanks
