It probably can but Ive not got, even if I did have I could not code/program it

 

Here's the latest modification with 2 relays. I'm using mosfets to drive standard 12 volt automotive relays.

Could one of you experts have a look at this please and tell me where Ive gone wrong ?
I know its proper basic but its the best I can do

Did you cut the traces under the 555s?

Yes, there cut, just seen a couple of point where Ive gone wrong, ive re- done

 

Looks OK.
