how can we divide the internal diagram into 3 main sections? its so confusing, please can someone help? thank you!

 

I suggest that you clean up your language if you wish a response. The diagram looks fine,why 3 main sections.

 

Look at the three 5K resistors as a voltage divider. Then look at the two pink triangles which are comparators and they compare the voltage dropped by the voltage divider with input voltages. Finally, is the control stage (flip flop-F/F) and the output stage.
