Can I replace 11n120cnd by 40N120and?
The collector current is higher, and same vce voltage, but how about switching speed?
It's installed in UPS for switching the inverter, 3k UPS, im afraid if timing goes wring and so short circuit may occur
How you think?
The rise time for one faster than the other, 12ns for 11n120cnd while it's 20ns for 40n120
But the gate charge is lower for 40n120
Which one is faster?
