I have come up with a 3d illusion business card. It is powered by a CR1220 Battery enclosed in a button battery holder. I need to design a small switch to turn the card on and off, as well as a cover to conceal the battery and LED. As this forum has more talent than NASA, IBM and MIT combined I come to you for ideas. I have attached pictures to show you what I am working toward and with.

Thank you so much in advance.

A 6-pin microcontroller could be used for this:
Pressing a non-latching button causes the micro to energize a transistor-switch for 10-25 seconds, then go off slowly with PWM. Then it goes to sleep, checking every 200 mSec or so for a switch-touch
Don't know if you follow that, or know someone who does, but it's a way of getting the most use out of a 38mAH battery.

Your 'gizmo', by the way, looks like an idea worth pursuing
