Yes but is there any reason you do not just purchase one since you don't know how to build one?

What are you doing to have the powersupply damaged every couple of months?
Are you using it close to the limits?

I wonder if the PS they are using is from Chia and maybe have bad CHIPS. ONe that was in it and the ones they are replacing them with. If they are not from a Good honest supplier even your designed PS will fail until you get good chips.

Maybe take picture and up load what you have, and what the replacement parts have been? If it is say like a LM338K that has 5amps limits and your destroying them at 1 to 1.5 amps of current then chances are they are fake.
