3528 RGB led requirement

I need a common anode low power (I'm guessing 0.2W) 3528 RGB led requirement to be replaced in a gaming controller. I have searched a lot but the pinout is different (as in attached picture) and this seems to be the standard. What this controller uses is 1+, 4 R-, 3 G-, 2 B- . It's like if I place it upside down the pinout matches. I don't know why the manufacturer didn't choose standard pinout.

Does anyone know such an LED? I don't need the exact same size but close enough is good.
