I have a 4k 32" monitor with some LED issues.
I'm trying to understand exactly which part is defective.
If there is someone who can tell me which part might be faulty based on the images provided, I will greatly appreciate the help.

Most likely the TCON board.
Can be the main board. Have you opened it yet?

 

Hi, I have opened it up, nothing looks weird or burned or damaged.
I've tried switching 2 connections to the controller board, and image was showing right side on left and left side on right, but the damage in the picture was still at that location.

On the Controller board
Check the voltages on the regulators. The gamma ic, the resistors : check the voltages
