3 to 4 pin

Morning all
Sorry if this has been asked before.

Im building a semi custom water cooled pc

So my motherboard has 4 pin chassis fan control (12v, ground, tac, pwm) but my fans i want to use are 3 pin.

Is there away i could use the pwm to control the 3 pin fans?

Im hoping a can make a 4 pim to 3 pin hub say 5 fans, i know the motherboard only supply's 1 amp to each fan pin header so would need to take extra power from the psu (12v)

Any help or advise would be fantastic
