Hello all,
My current project involves me detecting the voltage (0-400v) and current (0-10A) on each phase coming from a drive to a motor.
My orignal idea was to use a CDS4015ABC-KA (RS : 763-9769) for current, and usinig a potential divider to step down the voltage (with respect to drive neutral)
Both signals to be read by a 5 or 3.3v PIC
First issue I have designing this is that I will have to put in a layer of isolation between the divider and my uC. What would be the best way to do this to keep the best accuracy?
My second issue would be I cannot find an all-in-one solution, do they not exist?
My apologies if this is a simple question, for all my professional life, I have been a digital / firmware engineer, and most analogue sensing I need to do has a all-in-one IC.
Thank you.
