I need a 3.3v LDO in SOT-89-3 (NOT -5!) packaging that will run off 5v input...preferably capable of 200-250ma. "Easy!" you say, "try Google..." or Farnell or Mouser or Ebay...all of which - of course - I already have, because here's the thing:

It needs to have pins in the order GND Vout Vin when looking from the top, i.e. "normal" 1,2,3 reading left-to-right.

I have consulted about a dozen datasheets already and so far all the ones I have seen have pins in the "wrong" order, mostly G/I/O...

Its for soldering - by hand - to an existing circuit, so I can't be doing with swapping leads or re-routing...I'm at the limit of physical space / my soldering ability already! Does anyone know off the top of their head of such a beast?

PS cheap as chips of course, I need 5 of 'em at least...

Would a SOT223 fit?
Then have a look at the 3.3 Volts version of the LD1117.

An SOT-223 will definitely NOT fit...

Any other suggestions?
