I would like to make a decision as to which connector type or material should be best for my 24VDC 20Amp current to flow through it safely and without hot or warm-up issues. Hope I could get advice on this matter to buy the right ones. Thanks.

 

Not sure what type you are looking for, one in line versions, there is the RC XT60 which is pretty beefy. Also rated sufficiently.

Sorry, I missed out on another factor that I need the current to keep flowing through it for at least 40minutes, in order for my load DC heating element, submerged in a water boiler, where 4 liters of water its temperature could reach 60deg C.
