It looks like you just have to solder it back.

Edit: I didn't notice the pad was lifted when on my phone.

If you want the quick and easy way, scratch off the masking on via and whats left of the trace tin it like Delta Prime suggested and then take a small solid copper wire about 1" long. solder it to the via and whats left of trace with the remaining laying through the area where the pad was. Insert your component on top of the wire and solder.

Scratch off the conformal coating to where it attaches to the via tin The Via and solder it back that is only advice and it's free for me personally. Make sure you do not scratch off the conformal coating the green stuff around that via if you do you will short it directly to ground and it will probably blow up. there in lies a price$$$

I would probably trace where the via goes and jumper a wire from the connector lead to that place. Use a piece of small gauge, solid wire. This is typically used for this sort of rework. Of course, if the connection is high current, you will need an appropriate gauge. No charge for the advice. If you cannot trace the connection, see post #3 and four techniques for removing solder mask.

Since the trace you need to connect to the pad you ripped off, you're going to need to remove the conformal coating and solder a wire you can bring out to the other side of the connector.

If the connector that attaches to the part you ripped off, you should consider using something like hot glue to help hold it in place. Maybe you should do that anyway since you managed to rip it off in the first place.

Another option is to replace the pad with some adhesive backed copper that you can solder to the indicated place. Remove the pad that was ripped off, and resolder the connector.

Do you know anyone experienced with repair who could do it for you? They'll likely have the tools and materials needed for the repair.
