2200uf 16v...did a change to a new one and the sound finally stops..
When I switch on the device...no sound coming out...but there is a supply coming in..my UTC2030 chips getting really hot..

ST Micro invented the TDA2030 amplifier IC but now it is obsolete and they do not make it anymore. But maybe UTC from Taiwan
made some and might still make them.

A TDA2030 amplifier IC did not get hot when it is playing low output power but it warms up when producing loud sounds. If a speaker or its wires is shorted and the amplifier is trying to play loud sounds then it gets hot and turns off to protect itself.

Thanks for the reply and the info sir...recently I did a changing few components and it did produce sound from my mp3 (phone) but only the right speaker and for the subwoofer...only very low output sound......

Any idea what should be the problem sir....

It is difficult or impossible to replace obsolete amplifier chips that are not made anymore and old ones might be fakes.
It does indeed require a bit of insight and understanding to find a way to replace an unavailable part from the original maker with a correct substitute. But in many cases other companies make good replacement parts. Not everybody is aware of that.

Ok guys...thank you for the reply..actually I did manage to get all the chips and replace the UTC2030 ( which I notice two of the chips burn out) with TDA2030 and UTC4558 with TL072 chip and still produce the same things....maybe I have to check again all the resistors as what Mr.R!f@@ mention....thanks you to all of you....really helpful

Will coming back if I there is another problem...thanks again

You still need to find the reason that the IC burned out. And certainly there was some cause for it to fail, they seldom fail for no reason.

they seldom fail for no reason.
Most of the time they do just fail if run at full volume far too long.
Heat sinks are piece of crap most of the time, so are the filter caps.
The caps bulge and the IC over heats. Takes out couple of components with it.
