Hello!

I have a trigger/pulser coil from a 1970's snowmobile I am trying to reconstruct. There were two, roughly 3-foot leads inside braided shielding running from the coil to a CDI box. The wires and the shielding were disintegrated and needed replacing all the way into the coil housing where they are secured to 3 pins. The shielding secures to the center pin in the coil housing and to its own terminal at the CDI box. I removed all the epoxy and coil from the housing to access the pins. I removed the coil winding from the bobbins. I was unable to see how the coil was wound and how or to what the coil winding was attached. The wires in the photos are pulled forward. All 3 actually go back through the two small holes shown inside the housing.

There is a resistance specification for each lead to the shield as shown in attached photo.

Cylinder #1 magnet on flywheel passes coil and sends signal to fire #1.

Crankshaft rotates 180 degrees and second magnet passes coil sending signal to fire #2.

Both flywheel magnets seem the same polarity.

How do I rewind and re-attach this coil?

Thank you in advance for any help. It is greatly appreciated.
