I am wondering what 12V A rated power supply I would need for 8 of these motors?

The datasheet spec's the maximum current at a high torque. If all 8 motors run at high torque at the same time then multiply the maximum current times 8.

Ok as I see it the max torgue current will be 1800mA so 1.8A x 8 = 14.4A?

Yes if all 8 motors run at maximum torque at the same time.

 

Luckily, they make some pretty cheap 12V power supplies rated upwards of 20A. I have seen them on ebay and around for like $20.
