I need a 12/24v power supply to power this plug and I’m not sure where to start

A jcm note acceptor

 

Since there are 5 wires coming from the socket it looks as though your note-acceptor is expecting more than just a 12/24V supply. Do you have any installation/maintenance/technical documentation for the device?
Btw, you might want to edit your thread title to make more sense.

Have you contacted JCM? Do you have the manual for the bill acceptor? It will tell you what connector will mate to that one as well as current capacity of the power supply that you seek.

What are you trying to do? Are you building a machine that uses the acceptor? Are you repairing or modifying an existing machine?
