Since you made the same mistakes here. You fail to establish proper logic levels when a switch is open and you leave unused inputs floating.

 

There is associative learning where you apply previously knowledge to the present problem.

Do you know the difference between the previous problem you solved as the other Neumann? Two problems can't be classified as your "first" problem.

 

Did you read Hunter's inquiry? Did you understand it?

Talk to hunter about pull-up resistors. In your current circuit drawing, the inputs are not connected to ground when the switch is open. Look at his thread for the idea or talk to him.
