Hello,


I was wondering how I can make 1P2T switches with MOSFETs if the input is 75 DC V and the output reverses the polarity of the current depending on the switch.

It sounds like what you are looking for is an H-Bridge circuit controlled from a SPDT switch. So you want an H-Bridge capable of switching 75 VDC with some unknown current for some unknown task. As to the SPDT switch you may want On-On or On-OFF-On with a center off position.
