Hello, I have a component shown below.what is the difference between 0V and GND regrding the operation of this device?
How do I Supply 0V Vs How do I supply GND?

Pin 1 (Gnd) & Pin 2 (Vin) are the Negative and Positive of the 12V input supply that you wish to convert to the isolated 9V output voltage. Pin 4 (0V) is the 0V of your output, and is totally isolated from the input Pin 1 (0V).
