I've got it working mate I had the resistors put in the wrong in the breadboard pure noob mistake! Thanks, heaps

 

That feels good to get that working I have spent hours and hours! it does make more sense now. But working exactly as it should. I feel a little smarter now haha

Well done.
The Gain for the Non Inverting input is 1+ (10k/5k)
The 10k is the Feedback resistor and the 5k is the Input resistor, Gain = 1+ (Rfb/Rin)

Ok great I get how that works now to change the output it's all starting to make a little more sense. Once again thank you Eric I really appreciate your help.
