serial to ttl adapter

First of all this is an urgent question my project's deadline is coming closer. Please help me I used FT232RL chip to make USB to TTL converter. I did this connection below. I can make serial communication but I cannot receive any message. I can also send message and TX Led is lightining up.

I have the STVA070WT-01 model module from STONE technology I'm testing with an Arduino Leonardo or Uno. I also have a max3232 rs232 serial to TTL adapter to connect the display to the Arduino. Also, haven't looked up what pins to connect this to yet if anyone knows. I won't know how to send a...
