ffc cable

Good day. I am trying to repair a temperature difference controller from Sorel (LTDC V3 SOREL_S40.4) I need replacement for a plug of type Degson 8EDG-STDC-5.0-08P or more likely replacing plug and socket, as Degson products are hard to find at reasonable price, especially in small quantities...

I am pretty new to this all so forgive me if I didn't post this under the right community since I wasn't 100% sure which one to post in. I have a rangefinder that uses an HT1621B chip that sends signals to a custom 32-pin LCD. I am wondering if there are any MCU or board that has a 32 FFC cable...
