distortion pedal

Hello, I'm using the Elektra Distortion box design as the basis of my PCB. Single 2N3904 NPN transistor and clipping diodes. (I have a switch choosing between 2 silicon diodes and two germanium diodes). Any advice, suggestions/comments. Sincere thanks for the help. TonyAm
