pspice project help

Hello all. I'm struggling to learn pspice. Can someone please help me out? Right now, I'm trying to filter out a 60Hz noise from my input using a circuit of nfets and pfets. I can't seem to get it to work.

What is the purpose of V6 and were is it connected?

I assume your input if V5 (far left source)?

Explain how youi believe this circuit is supposed to work.
