Safety Things That Will Get Your Thread Closed List

How is that coming?

In the last week we've had one rail gun project and one LEDs off direct line voltage.

We've had around 3 threads scattered around discussing it. I think my "Things that will get your thread closed" was the first, followed by others every couple of months.

The list would it easier for the members to discourage these attempts, though I'm sure they will be with us always.

Oh, I knew where it was. The last discussion we had in the off topics area here there was talk about putting a list of stuff in the Forum Rules, Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions of Usage. I'm willing to help however I can.

I've been working on LEDs, 555s, Flashers, and Light Chasers (forum edition) this weekend, mostly drawing schematics. One of the reasons I started this project over a year ago was to give newbies a resource to understand LEDs (and not try to use AC to power them).

Your work on the 555 and the leds is a great job.

I will discuss the list of "unwanted" subjects with the other moderators and administrators.
A moderator can not change the forum rules ans anouncements.
The administrator (jrap or Dave) can.
