5mm superflux led's and pwm

Ok im new to this site and im gonna start a project on make a series of led's work off 12v and the most i wanna use is 10 of them and right now i seem to be stuck on the subject of the pwm and what all would i need to make one and the reason i wanna do this for a tail light project i was reading another thread bout this..and the reason why is for the parking light/brake and what resistors would i be looking for? for the led's them selfs? thanks:)

You do not need to PWM for a tail light
First u need to find the forward voltage drops of the LED's that you have.
For this u need a 5V supply or a li-on battery and a multimeter

More to the point, brake lights are critical safety components. The reccomendation is to use a guaranteed LED lamp replacement, or not to do it at all. Functioning brake/turn signals are too important to try as a hobby attempt.
