Hi.

Just a suggestion: A new forum under the forum category "Circuits and Projects". In this forum people can show what they have made with a youtube video, upload some pictures or some other media, and forum users can respond. In contrast to the "The Completed Projects Collection" this would be a forum where you do not need to post schematics or code. Or is this covered by some other forum on AAC?

What would be the point of "showing what you've made" if you can't show what you've made? I imagine you can do this in the Completed Projects Collection. If you really don't want to put your schematics or code out there, then just say so in the thread. They're not too strict about it, just as long as you have something to show for it.

Actually, Bill is pretty strict in the Completed Projects forum, and that all source material must be supplied.

Each member has a blog, that's where most people post their projects they don't want to share openly. People can even comment on it! ;)

Yes, this is true. All submissions in The Completed Projects Collection must be well documented to the point they can be replicated.

Spontaneous videos can be mounted either in the projects forum or the personal blog of each member.

The projects forum is a good alternative for simple show and tell. The requirements there are much looser. And, has been mentioned, there is always the blogs. I love this feature, and use the snot out of it.

But if you aren't willing to share how you did something, what is the point?
