I need help: multiplexer/sensors/RF

How do I use the output of 6 sensors, to a multiplexer and trasmit over an RF channel?

You can set the multiplexer to gate each sensor in a fixed time slot and transmit according to a schedule, or collect readings with a microprocessor and send output data through the transmitter.

well the problem is we cant use microcontorllers in our project.

so we have six sensors doing something we need to somehow encode it and send it over an RF link and at the receiver end decode it and do the specific functions

Perhaps the sensors can be fed through the multiplexer to a voltage to frequency converter. Each tone would represent the voltage level from each sensor.

shouldn't the V to F converter come before the multiplexer
?

If it's a analog switch, no. It's more economical to switch the sensors to the V to F converter. Consider using a 0 volt input as a marker.
