Help needed,Newbie : automated car trunk

I'm planing to make my car trunk automated and I can't figure it how.
I have remote to open it, in trunk pushbutton for closing , placed the motor and need to stop when the trunk is fully open and closed ( with pushbuttons or anything else ).
Need serious help with the circuit and advice
