Hi there,
I've build by circuit onto strip board, and have got an enclosure for it. However I need to produce some accurate drawings of the finished product. (As its a college project)

Unfortunately due to many reasons and financial impactions Autocad is out of the question. Also my teacher left half way through the year and a replacement couldnt be found!

Is there any free cad software out there that anyone knows of?
Preferably 3D, and something which can produce orthographic drawings.

Much obliged,

Matt:)

cumesoftware does a lot in 3D modelling. I'm not sure if the packages he uses (and develops for) are suitable for you projects, but you may be advised having a look at his site: http://www.cumesoftware.eu.org/frameset.htm and check his 3D Anim8or modelling section from the menu on the left. He runs a forum where you can ask questions about his models and the softwares. It is free to use too.

Might be worth considering.
