While the 3-d time "re-inventing" the RS-D Trigger i came up with this 1-st
• here's the performance comparison (both perform the R/S functions at the same speed - there's some difference in D-Latch mode . . .)

Update : ran some tests on the SN7474 transistor models . . . revealed the "3S" (3x SET) ver. does not work while C is pulled to logical HIGH state - but it looks having a tiny bit broader frequency range for the counter mode while its SET RESET require wider pulse with respect what the "3R" ver. has
