There is a small error in the schematic for the project article that I wrote, Build an Arduino-Controlled AM/FM/SW Radio.
The SDIO and SCLK lines each have pull-up resistors but there should be NO connection between them. There is an erroneous small wire connection on the schematic (near R2) that should not be there. The revised schematic is below (click the thumbnail for a full-size view).
