Need help to develop a differential clock generator with Ring oscillator, as a switch for Sample and Hold circuit of a 50nm Pipeline ADC.

Dear Experts,

I am a new user. I need to develop a differential clock generator with Ring oscillator as a switch for S/H circuit of a 50nm pipeline ADC. I have already designed my OpAmp. My input voltage is 1V. frequency 100MHz. To make a S/H circuit i have been asked to design a switch. To design a switch i need a Ring Oscillator differential clock generator.

I am so anxious cause i don't have enough idea how to build that kinds of clock generator.

Do you have any idea about it guys? Please help me.
