ideas for operating a battery operated torque wrench from the line.

I was searching for a power supply that could substitute for the 18.0 volt battery on a high quality torque wrench. The wrench has digital selection of torque limit on it's panel at the rear of the tool. The tool operates on a Makita style battery of 72 watt hours or 4.0 amp hours, which can supply about as much as 30 amps at stall torque for about 2.0 seconds. does anyone know of a power supply that would be suited for this operation. Also the supply must be able to operate from either a 115vac or 230vac main. Would greatly appreciate any help.
