Binary to Decimal decoder circuit demonstration

Hi,
This is the design and build of the binary to decimal decoder, it is fully functional, and this video demonstrates the working of it,


showing the workings from the toggle registers, through the binary outputs, and finally into the decoded outputs, showing the digital outputs from 8 sequential LED's moving from left to right as I input a signal from a button switch.
