is any one out there knows what is the correct value for "zd801" on the SHARP IMAGE "si-727r-ds" dual scan 25"monitor chassis? Or can you tell me where I can find a schematic diagram for the same chassis?

 

Is the diode marked at all? The part number is sometimes etched in extremely small printing on the glass, making them look unmarked except under magnification.

Post a photo of both sides of the board and an educated guess could be made.

What section of the board is the diode in? Power supply, logic, flyback, etc?

 

the diode is in the power supply section and is damage beyond recognition (by accident). this zener diode is also linked directly to the "GATE of Mosfet k2645"
