Does anyone out there have any experiance of the inner workings of this Organ, specifically, failure of the Custom Voices. I have the Workshop/Repair manual for reference but I am not a technician. I have cleaned the relevant sliders, switches & buttons, but without any success.

Hello,

Is the organ made of a large plate with small plates sticking in it?
It sometimes happens that the contacts of the small plates are dirty and do not make contact any more.
Cleaning the contacts often helps.

I was third in on our church organ (Baldwin), but was bale to make a repair because I had an oscilloscope so I could see where the fault occurred. Unless you can swap identical boards around to see if the problem follows one of them, you may have a hard time finding the problem.
