Upload it to google translate. It works , but you will still have some brainwork to do to assemble the pieces.

 

That's the right datasheet. The PCB in my photo came from a malfunctioning steam iron, and the XM109 is apparently used to time when the iron is not being used, and to turn it off after a long period of inactivity. I wonder if it contains an accelerometer.

Unfortunately, the PCB utilizes a transformerless power supply. I may see if I can figure out how to power it directly with low voltage DC.
